The Villa

Our beautiful executive air conditioned home is based on one level and comprises of, a large family room, dining room, large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, four bedrooms (two of which are master rooms with en-suite facilities, ideal if two families are sharing) and two twin bedrooms which share an en-suite third bathroom. All this is complemented by a magnificent private west facing fully screened pool and deck area.

Both the family and dining rooms are tastefully decorated with top quality luxury furnishings comprising of occasional furniture, three sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), cable TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, Play Station and access to the pool and deck through double patio doors. The dining area includes a large dining table with seating for eight people. There are a selection of books and games for your enjoyment.

The large open plan kitchen offers every modern convenience including dishwasher, microwave, full size cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a full range of table and glassware for 12 people. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three people. Off the kitchen area is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Access to the two car garage is via the laundry room.

Both master bedrooms are tastefully decorated with quality furniture complemented with queen size beds and ample drawer space. They both have en-suite bathrooms with walk in closets. One comprises a walk in shower and vanity units and the other a tub with shower and vanity units.

There are two twin bedded rooms with drawer space and fitted wardrobes. These share a further bathroom with vanity units, bath and shower.

The pool and deck area have been upgraded and extended to provide a 30’x15’ pool, which can be heated if required. There is a removable safety fence to safeguard children by the pool. This area also provides outside dining space with tables and chairs, a sunning area with sun beds and a covered lanai for shade. The rear of the property is west facing and overlooks a lush conservation area making it very private and ideal for watching the Florida sunsets after a busy day at the theme parks. Additional lighting and outside fan ensure that you can wine and dine into the night.

Our home is fully air conditioned for your comfort but provides heating on the rare chance that you should feel cool.

There is a cot and high chair provided if required.

Telephones in all rooms can be used for both local calls and international calls free of charge.

All linen and towels are provided.
